Shipping Policy

At Beyond Basic Caps, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

**Order Processing**

- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information

**Peak Seasons**
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods and Rates

**Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days)**

- Orders under $100: $8
- Orders $100 and over: FREE

**Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days)**

- Available at checkout: $15-$20

*Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.*

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including:

- All physical addresses
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok’s shipping policies and timelines. Tracking information will be provided through the TikTok app.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- A link to track your package in real-time
- Updates on delivery status

You can also track your order by visiting our [Track My Order] page and entering your order number and email address.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

- International addresses (at this time)
- Freight forwarding addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

**Lost Packages**
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please:

1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Look for a delivery notice
3. Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date

We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

**Stolen Packages**
Beyond Basic Caps is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend:

- Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Using a secure delivery location
- Filing a police report for stolen packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
2. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund

Holidays and Weather Delays

Shipping carriers do not deliver on major holidays. Severe weather may also cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Customs and Duties

For any future international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
