Refund Policy

At Beyond Basic Caps, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

3-Day Return Window

We accept returns within **3 days** of delivery for a full refund or exchange. After that all sales are FINAL. Items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)

What Can Be Returned

**Eligible for Return:**

- Hats and caps in unworn condition
- Activewear with tags attached and unworn
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items sent by us

**Not Eligible for Return:**

Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized or personalized items
- Items without tags or in worn condition
- Items damaged by customer use

How to Start a Return

**Step 1: Request a Return**
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

- Include your order number and reason for return

**Step 2: Receive Return Authorization**
We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days.

**Step 3: Ship Your Return**

- Pack items securely in original or similar packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
- Use the provided return label (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing

**Timeline**

- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

**Refund Amount**

- Full product cost will be refunded
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless we made an error)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
1. Provide photos of the defect or damage
2. We’ll send a prepaid return label
3. Choose a replacement or full refund (including original shipping)

Wrong Item Sent

If we sent you the wrong item:

1. Contact us immediately
2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label
3. We’ll ship the correct item at no additional cost

Lost Returns

Beyond Basic Caps is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Keep your tracking information until your refund is processed.

TikTok Shop Returns

Returns for TikTok Shop purchases must follow TikTok’s return process:

1. Initiate the return through the TikTok app
2. Follow TikTok’s return instructions
3. Refunds will be processed according to TikTok’s policies
