You can order directly from our website or through our TikTok Shop. Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at info@beyondbasiccaps.com if you need to make changes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days, plus 1-3 days for processing. Expedited (2-3 days) and Express (1-2 days) options are available at checkout.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $100 and over within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page using your order number and email.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
